Terms and conditions

• Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue. Vouchers not redeemed within this period will automatically expire.
• Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or used to pay any customer accounts.
• Vouchers can be used as full or part payment of any products in our Book Store or online at www.kr.co.za. No change or refunds will be given where the sales transaction is for an amount less than the value of the voucher.
• Vouchers may only be redeemed once.
• Vouchers may not be used to purchase gift vouchers.
• Vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
• No refunds will be given on Vouchers purchased.
