22 June 2021 | 10am to 3pm
Did your team adjust well to the first challenges of working from home during the Covid 19 pandemic? Were you surprised at how productive team members were? Was there a spike in energy and creativity as the team tried to minimize the impact of the crisis on your clients? This was the experience of most leaders as the sense of urgency united their teams to go the extra mile and meet challenges head-on.
But as the time went by and the realization dawned that this is not a 100m sprint, but a long distance hurdle course, teams lost some steam and virtual team fatigue settled in. Team culture issues started to emerge. You might have experienced an increase in miscommunication and conflict. Collaboration and problem-solving skills might have decreased, making challenges more difficult to solve. Or maybe you felt the team is less engaged, overworked and low in resilience.
If any of this sounds familiar, the interactive leadership workshop Sustaining high performance in remote or hybrid teams is for you! The workshop will help you to RESET your team for sustainable high performance by:
- Creating purpose and encouraging self-motivation
- Creating psychological safety and encouraging vulnerability
- Building mindfulness and resilience into the DNA of your team
- Purposefully crafting opportunities for connection, engagement and collaboration
