Management 3.0 Two-day Workshop

Become a Manager of impact!

Two- day Workshop 15-16 October  2019
Ten Bompas Hotel, Johannesburg

The Management 3.0 Workshop covers theoretical and practical Agile management, with a strong focus on tools that you can use directly after attending the workshop. It was created for software development but has been adopted by all sorts of Agile teams around the world.

The Management 3.0 model recognises that today’s organisations are complex, living, networked systems. Management should be primarily about people and relationships. The Management 3.0 workshop will deepen your understanding of how Agile organisations and teams work, and explains the most important practices of Agile management.

Agile management is the generic term for leadership and governance of creative teams in a way that is consistent with agile and lean thinking. You will be acquainted with common methods, principles, and challenges in Agile transformations around the world, and the necessity of management in Agile organisations.

This course steps away from management theory towards a hands-on approach, providing participants with a toolkit to help build a culture where everyone in the organisation is a leader. The result? Energised people, increased employee engagement, improved results and increased value to the overall business.

The course is fun and will ensure you are equipped to take your leadership to the next level. During the course, you will participate in games and experiments to challenge the way you think, leading to a better understanding of why people do what they do. You'll learn how to embrace change and how to encourage others to embrace it as well.

The Management 3.0 workshop includes solutions for:

  • performance management
  • competence development
  • team collaboration and project management
  • agile methodologies
  • employee empowerment
